If your card says Partnership HealthPlan, you can see us. We are in network, and you do not need a referral. Contact us directly.
Covered visits are billed to the plan through Carelon. You do not pay us for a covered visit. We never ask for a credit card, and Medi-Cal members are never charged a cancellation fee.
We take Partnership HealthPlan Medi-Cal only. If your card shows a different Medi-Cal plan, including Kaiser Medi-Cal, or you need county specialty mental health, we will tell you on the free consult.

Quincy is the county seat. Portola is farther east. Neither town has an Advantage office. Video is how Plumas uses this practice. Locations stay Roseville at 1430 Blue Oaks Blvd, Suite 120, and Fair Oaks is 8146 Greenback Lane, Suite 103F, Fair Oaks, CA 95628.
