We are hiring associate clinicians.
Advantage is a group practice in Roseville and Fair Oaks. We want more associates — AMFT, APCC, ASW — who want licensed supervision and a caseload that is matched, not dumped on whoever has a hole Tuesday.

A caseload you can hold
Insurance clients, including Partnership Medi-Cal by telehealth. In person in Roseville and Fair Oaks. You get matched on purpose — fit, hours, who you want to see.

A small practice
You will know the people. Same Blue Oaks building as the furnished offices if you ever want a rental of your own. Write even if you are still collecting hours.
Who should write?
California associates: AMFT, APCC, or ASW. If you are already licensed and want to join the group, you can write too — say that in the note.
What do I send?
A resume and a short note. Who you want to see (kids, couples, trauma, neurodivergent adults). Roseville, Fair Oaks, telehealth, or a mix. That is enough to start.
Is this the same as renting an office?
No. This is a job on the Advantage team. If you want a furnished room for your own practice, that is For clinicians.
