Is your Medi-Cal Partnership?

If your card says Partnership HealthPlan, you can see us. We are in network, and you do not need a referral. Contact us directly.

Covered visits are billed to the plan through Carelon. You do not pay us for a covered visit. We never ask for a credit card, and Medi-Cal members are never charged a cancellation fee.

We take Partnership HealthPlan Medi-Cal only. If your card shows a different Medi-Cal plan, including Kaiser Medi-Cal, or you need county specialty mental health, we will tell you on the free consult.

The Roseville office is in Placer.

Placer is the one Partnership county where our office is right here: 1430 Blue Oaks Blvd, Suite 120, Roseville. Rocklin is next door. Auburn and Lincoln can come in too. Video is also available, and many Placer clients start that way.

We have two offices. The other is in Fair Oaks, at 8146 Greenback Lane, Suite 103F, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. See locations.

Partnership in Placer.

Placer County Medi-Cal is Partnership HealthPlan. That is the plan we take, with Carelon. We cannot take Sacramento County Medi-Cal.

If your card says Partnership, bring it. We confirm on the call. The rest of the 24 counties are on Partnership telehealth.

Who we see in the room and on video

Adults. Couples. Kids and the family around them. Anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, depression, and relationship work.

Mason Anglin, PsyD, LMFT #121211, Registered Psychological Associate #PSB94029529, matches each client with a clinician. Dustina Cordero, LCSW #82175 supervises associates with him.

What to bring

Partnership ID and Medi-Cal BIC. Fifteen minutes is enough to check the plan, whether you want the Roseville office or video, and who you would see. No pressure to book on the call.
