Is your Medi-Cal Partnership?
If your card says Partnership HealthPlan, you can see us. We are in network, and you do not need a referral. Contact us directly.
Covered visits are billed to the plan through Carelon. You do not pay us for a covered visit. We never ask for a credit card, and Medi-Cal members are never charged a cancellation fee.
We take Partnership HealthPlan Medi-Cal only. If your card shows a different Medi-Cal plan, including Kaiser Medi-Cal, or you need county specialty mental health, we will tell you on the free consult.

I have Partnership Medi-Cal in Yuba County. Can I do telehealth?
Yes. Many Northern California counties use Partnership HealthPlan. We are in network, and we see people by video.
Do I have to come to Roseville?
No. Video from home works from any Partnership county. If you live nearby, you can see a clinician in person at 1430 Blue Oaks Blvd, Suite 120, Roseville, or 8146 Greenback Lane, Suite 103F, Fair Oaks. We do not have a clinic in every county.
Is Medicaid the same as Medi-Cal?
In California, Medicaid is Medi-Cal. We take Partnership HealthPlan Medi-Cal billed through Carelon. Not out-of-state Medicaid.
What if I have a different Medi-Cal plan?
We take Partnership HealthPlan Medi-Cal only. If you are not sure which plan you have, ask on the consult and we will check your card.
Will you take my credit card?
No. Covered Partnership visits are billed to Partnership/Carelon. We do not keep a card on file and we do not charge you for a covered session. Medi-Cal members are never charged a cancellation fee.
