You can care about someone and still keep missing each other. Couples therapy is structured and specific: communication, conflict, and the distance that builds when both people are tired of being the one who brings it up.

Kids and teens who are anxious, shut down, or carrying more than they can say. Parents who want a clinician in the room, not a report after the hour. Supportive therapy for the young person and, when it helps, for the family around them.

Someone from our team gets back to you for a free 15-minute consult about fit, insurance, and offices. Caseloads change daily, but we do our best to answer everyone.

Mason or the team matches you on purpose: fit, caseload, and what you asked for. Roseville, Fair Oaks, or telehealth.

A group practice. We match you with the clinician who fits what you asked for.
Openings change daily. If your best match is full, we will hold your place and reach out as soon as a spot opens, or suggest another clinician with room now if you would rather not wait.

United Healthcare, Western Health Advantage, Optum, UMR, Carelon, Aetna, Sutter Health Plan, and Medi-Cal through Partnership HealthPlan (Carelon). Kaiser commercial only with an outside Carelon referral. We do not take Kaiser Medi-Cal. We are not in network with Cigna, Anthem, Blue Cross, or Blue Shield.
No insurance? Self-pay is $150 per session. A $60 sliding-scale rate is available, limited to one sliding-scale spot per week per clinician.
Partnership Medi-Cal clients can be seen by telehealth across Northern California. Covered visits are billed to the plan. We do not take a credit card. Confirm your specific plan on the consult.
Where we see people
