United Healthcare, Western Health Advantage, Optum, UMR, Carelon, Aetna, and Medi-Cal through Partnership HealthPlan (Carelon). Kaiser commercial only with an outside Carelon referral — we do not take Kaiser Medi-Cal. Sutter if the member ID starts with M. We are not in network with Cigna, Anthem, Blue Cross, or Blue Shield.
Partnership Medi-Cal clients can be seen by telehealth across Northern California. Covered visits are billed to the plan. We do not take a credit card. Confirm your specific plan on the consult.
Where we see people
