Mason Anglin, PsyD, LMFT
Dr. Mason Anglin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Advantage Mental Health and Marriage Counseling. He created Advantage Mental Health to provide practical, compassionate, and accessible therapy for individuals, couples, teens, and families throughout Roseville, Fair Oaks, and the greater Sacramento area.
Dr. Anglin’s clinical background includes private practice, crisis mental health, substance use treatment, correctional mental health, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning. In addition to his clinical work, he supervises and mentors associate therapists while continuing to build Advantage Mental Health as a group practice focused on quality care, accessibility, and thoughtful clinician-client matching.
Dr. Anglin also owns Advantage Coaching LLC, a coaching and consulting company focused on helping individuals and professionals improve insight, performance, leadership, and personal growth outside of the traditional therapy model.
His doctoral research focused on ADHD, attention regulation, and the impact of algorithmically curated social media on focus, executive functioning, and mental health. In addition to his clinical, academic, and business work, Dr. Anglin has a creative background that includes IMDb-listed media experience. This interest in storytelling, communication, and human behavior continues to inform his work as a therapist, coach, and practice owner.

Dustina Cordero is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides clinical supervision for associate clinicians at Advantage Mental Health. She brings experience supporting clients through complex emotional, relational, and codependency-related concerns, and helps ensure that associates provide ethical, compassionate, and clinically grounded care.
