If you live in Nevada County and your Medi-Cal is Partnership HealthPlan, you can see an Advantage clinician in person at 1430 Blue Oaks Blvd, Suite 120, Roseville, or on video from home in Grass Valley, Nevada City, or Truckee. We are in network, and you do not need a referral.

If your card says Partnership HealthPlan, you can see us. We are in network, and you do not need a referral. Contact us directly.
Covered visits are billed to the plan through Carelon. You do not pay us for a covered visit. We never ask for a credit card, and Medi-Cal members are never charged a cancellation fee.
We take Partnership HealthPlan Medi-Cal only. If your card shows a different Medi-Cal plan, including Kaiser Medi-Cal, or you need county specialty mental health, we will tell you on the free consult.

Grass Valley, Nevada City, and Truckee
This is Nevada County in California, not the state of Nevada. Nevada City and Grass Valley sit in the west of the county. Truckee sits closer to the state line. The line does not move Truckee onto a different Medi-Cal we accept. If you live in Truckee and the card is Partnership, this is still your county.
We do not have an office in Grass Valley or Nevada City. We do not have a Truckee office. Grass Valley and Nevada City can drive to the Roseville office if they would rather sit in a room. 1430 Blue Oaks Blvd, Suite 120. Truckee is farther; video is still fine from there. Yes. Truckee is Nevada County. If the card is Partnership, ask about video. We still confirm the card.
Will you take my credit card?
No. Covered Partnership visits are billed to Partnership/Carelon. We do not keep a card on file and we do not charge you for a covered session. Medi-Cal members are never charged a cancellation fee.
