If your card says Partnership HealthPlan, you can see us. We are in network, and you do not need a referral. Contact us directly.
Covered visits are billed to the plan through Carelon. You do not pay us for a covered visit. We never ask for a credit card, and Medi-Cal members are never charged a cancellation fee.
We take Partnership HealthPlan Medi-Cal only. If your card shows a different Medi-Cal plan, including Kaiser Medi-Cal, or you need county specialty mental health, we will tell you on the free consult.

We do not have a Humboldt clinic. The rooms are in Roseville and Fair Oaks. Roseville is 1430 Blue Oaks Blvd, Suite 120. Fair Oaks is 8146 Greenback Lane, Suite 103F, Fair Oaks, CA 95628. Humboldt clients use the same people on video. See where we see people.

How far is too far for telehealth?
If you are in Humboldt County with Partnership Medi-Cal, distance is not the problem. Eureka, Arcata, McKinleyville, Fortuna, Redway — video is how we see you.
Will you take my credit card?
No. Covered Partnership visits are billed to Partnership/Carelon. We do not keep a card on file and we do not charge you for a covered session. Medi-Cal members are never charged a cancellation fee.
Can kids in Arcata or McKinleyville be seen on video?
Yes. Kids, teens, and families. We still do the consult first so the match is right.
Is this county specialty mental health?
