Covered visits are billed to the plan through Carelon. You do not pay us for a covered visit. We never ask for a credit card, and Medi-Cal members are never charged a cancellation fee.

We take Partnership HealthPlan Medi-Cal only. If your card shows a different Medi-Cal plan, including Kaiser Medi-Cal, or you need county specialty mental health, we will tell you on the free consult.

Lakeport, Clearlake, and Kelseyville

Lake County here means the county around Clear Lake, not Lake Tahoe. Lakeport sits on one side. Clearlake on another. Kelseyville between and south. If that is where you live and the card says Partnership, ask about telehealth.

Our offices are in Roseville and Fair Oaks, so Lake County clients meet with us by secure video. Locations — Roseville at 1430 Blue Oaks Blvd, Suite 120, and Fair Oaks is 8146 Greenback Lane, Suite 103F, Fair Oaks, CA 95628.

Partnership here.

Lake County Medi-Cal is Partnership HealthPlan. That is the plan we take, with Carelon. If Lake County Behavioral Health is the level of care you need, we say so.

Kelseyville is not a different plan because it is a different town. The card is the check. Full list: Partnership telehealth. Other plans: insurance.
