Is your Medi-Cal Partnership?
If your card says Partnership HealthPlan, you can see us. We are in network, and you do not need a referral. Contact us directly.
Covered visits are billed to the plan through Carelon. You do not pay us for a covered visit. We never ask for a credit card, and Medi-Cal members are never charged a cancellation fee.
We take Partnership HealthPlan Medi-Cal only. If your card shows a different Medi-Cal plan, including Kaiser Medi-Cal, or you need county specialty mental health, we will tell you on the free consult.

Glenn is its own Partnership county.
Glenn County sits next to Butte and Tehama. Those neighbors also use Partnership. Chico is Butte County. Red Bluff and Corning are Tehama County. Wherever you live in the three, the way to start is the same.
Orland sits closer to the Butte line. Willows is the county seat. Neither town moves you onto a different Medi-Cal we accept. Partnership HealthPlan and Carelon are what we take. The Partnership telehealth page lists all 24 counties.

Yes. Orland and Willows. Partnership Medi-Cal. Video is available. So is the Roseville room if you would rather sit in person.
Will you take my credit card?
No. Covered Partnership visits are billed to Partnership/Carelon. We do not keep a card on file and we do not charge you for a covered session. Medi-Cal members are never charged a cancellation fee.
Do I need a Willows office to use this benefit?
No. We do not have a Willows office. If you want a room, come to Roseville. Video is still available.
