Jessica Legg, APCC

Associate Professional Clinical Counselor

Supervised by Mason Anglin, LMFT 121211

Life can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to offer grounded support, steady guidance, and a therapeutic space built on empathy and trust. My clinical experience spans community mental-health settings, school-based programs, and outpatient care, giving me a strong understanding of how challenges show up in everyday life and how to approach them with clarity and compassion.

With a master’s degree in counseling and a focus on trauma-informed care, my approach is person-centered, collaborative, and attuned to each client’s unique story. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and the emotional weight of major life transitions. I integrate evidence-based modalities—including CBT, DBT-informed skills, and Narrative Therapy—alongside creative, expressive techniques to help clients process experiences in ways that feel natural and empowering.

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow at your own pace. Whether you’re taking your first step toward healing or seeking deeper insight on your journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Valeria Gutierrez, AMFT

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

Life comes with challenges that can feel confusing, heavy, or simply too much to carry alone. My goal is to offer a supportive space where you can feel understood, grounded, and empowered as you move toward healing. I bring experience from community mental-health, behavioral health, and outpatient settings, allowing me to meet clients with a compassionate and culturally responsive lens.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Child Development minor from California State University, Sacramento. My clinical work includes individual and relational therapy with diverse clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, systemic challenges, and major life transitions. I’ve conducted biopsychosocial assessments, developed theory-driven treatment plans, and provided care rooted in ethical, trauma-informed practice.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and attachment-based modalities to support clients in building insight, strengthening emotional regulation, and reconnecting with their inner resilience. Before becoming an associate therapist, I also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting children and teens with autism through individualized behavioral interventions.

I’m committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where your experiences matter and your growth is honored. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or simply someone to walk alongside you, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
