We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and online payments for added flexibility. This way, you can select the method that suits you best when scheduling your appointment.
Yes, we accept several insurance plans. Please check with our staff to confirm if your plan is accepted, and we’ll assist you through the process. We accept Medi-Cal through Partnership Healthplan. Unfortunately we are not able to accept other froms of medi-cal. We accept most commercial plans including Optum, Western Health Advantage, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Carelon (Sutter Health Plan).
Yes, we provide receipts for all payments as well as “superbills” you can take to your insurance plan if you have out of network benefits.
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within our designated timeframe to avoid a cancellation fee. We charge a $50 cancellation fee.
